Bazren decided that any and all information was worth investigation, especially if it could be related to ZR-57, and so sent the Sergeant to talk to Mirru to verify his claims. The Sergeant sought the informant in the nothern refugee camp, just outside Fort Garnik. To get safe assignments Virk forced all of his subbordinates to bring him stuff that was confiscated from the Separatists - credits, weapons, everything. If someone objected, Virk assigned them to the most dangerous patrol routes on the island, which was equal to a death sentence. When Meteor asked if anyone had reported Virk to his superiors, Farn replied that his buddy tried to report Virk, but the next day he disappeared to Talloran, and the day after that, he came back in a box. Farn added that since Meteor was in Havoc Squad, the Sergeant might talk to someone who matters. Meteor promised to inform superiors about Lieutenant Virk's activities immediately, Farn thanked sergeant and left.Read more... |
